Emmy Awards 2015 | Best & Worst Dressed Part Two

The 2015 Emmy Awards took place in Los Angeles a few days ago, celebrating in style the best of television, and the fashion certainly didn't disappoint with those who shone and those who should have probably stayed home. Take a look into the celebrities that I think were the stars of the red carpet and rocked the fashion forward evening, or check out Part One where I reveal my picks for those who fell at the first fashion hurdle on the evening.

I adore Laverne Cox in Orange is the New Black, and she certainly looked a vision on the Emmy's red carpet in a dress that was a perfect tone for her darker skin and bronde hair. I love how simple and elegant this dress is, but has a fun side to the back of it which is really pretty and sensual. She looks so incredible here.

One celeb who managed, unlike Danielle Brooks to rock the multicoloured look was Ellie Kemper, who wore practically every colour of the rainbow, but in such an elegant fashion. I love the aztec feel to her dress and the triangle patterning with the multicoloured stripes - it's so slimming and different to what everyone else wore.

Another Orange is the New Black star that looked incredible was Samira Wiley who wore a stunning bright prink number. While many who tried to wear such bright colours on the red carpet failed, Samira pulled it off by not overdoing it on the design. I absolutely love the one shouldered cape design of this dress. It's nice to see Christian Siriano got at least one dress perfect for the night. This colour really suits Samira's personality and it's really refreshing to see her in such a girly dress after we see her as a totally different character in Orange is the New Black.

Something I didn't expect to see from Lady Gaga was such a toned down, elegant dress - but it suited her perfectly. Her quirky personality still came through despite the dress being such a billowing dark colour, she shone through it and worked the dress perfectly. It's such a different side to Lady Gaga that was really nice to see.

Tataki P. Henson looked stunning in this Alexander Wang number. I love the net of the top skirt and the upside down triangle cut from the bust area which have a really sexy twist on this classic black dress. She looks amazing and I love the hints of red she had running through on her bag which made it a really sultry combination.

Sheer dresses, and especially spider net dresses like this are so difficult to pull of - you have to have both the personality and the confidence to look good in these, and Julianne Hough made this look, that so many celebrities failed on the night, look so glamorous. I love the triple straps on the top of the dress especially.

Sarah Hyland looks so elegant in this maroon dress - I absolutely love the synched in waist showing off all her curves at their best and the neckline is a really interesting take on the off shoulder look with the almost hill shape it creates at the top of the dress, proving you don't have to show legs or boobs to be sexy and stunning.

I really loved the girly deel to Joanne Froggart's dress with the contrasting salmon and black colours. I love the detailing around the middle with the slightly overlapping waist band and the flowing black train giving it a really beautiful, princess like feel, with a kick of bad-ass as well.

Emma Roberts was the star of the fashion show for me, sporting a stunning pale pink-cream dress which was custom made for her by Jenny Packham. Usually, I find women with paler skins who wear such a pale colour look washed out, especially with blonde hair, but Emma made the dress look amazing, especially with the darker maroon accessories. I love the drop-V neckline, which is so pretty on this dress and the slight shimmer to the fabric really made her sparkle and stand out.

Let me know in the comments below who you thought was best dressed at this years Emmy Awards - and don't forget to check out my picks for worst dressed here.
